The Role 

As a Product Owner, you’ll lead the product roadmap, sprint planning, and AGILE operations of Dawnguard’s internal development teams. You’ll ensure we develop the biggest value for our customers’ and represent their needs in the engineering team.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to:

Define the best possible product roadmap

Provide timely and correct information to customers

Translate the roadmap into clear attainable goals

Responsibilities 

Define the product roadmap and translate to work into clear actionable tickets

Prioritize and coordinate workloads across the development teams

Ensure sprint goals are clear and attainable

Manage the backlog, write tickets, oversee sprint progress etc.

Lead sprint planning sessions

Lead sprint retrospectives

Assist with ticket refinement

Report roadmap progress to the management team

Unblock development teams

Coordinate with stakeholder like; CTO, Head of design, CSM to create an ideal roadmap

Coordinate with the customer success time on customer requests and support tickets

Coordinate with the product marketing team to provide input for documentation pages and published media

Qualifications 

5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager

Prior experience in building SaaS products in start-ups

Knowledge and verifiable experience of AGILE way-of-work

Relevant certifications like; SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe Scrum Master, or similiar

Familiarity with cybersecurity and cloud computing preferred

Bonus: Experience in building cybersecurity products
